This registration session will allow you to complete contact information for application for contractual league referee position with Stratman Sports.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

Definition:
●The contractual employee is responsible for officiating recreational/competitive volleyball games.
●The contractual employee is responsible to the Volleyball Director.

Day/Hours:
●TBD

Wages:
●Competitive (starting at $15/match pending experience)
●Increased per match pay for Gateway Region USAV Certified Officials (pending certification)

Essential Functions of the Job:
●Officiates volleyball games as assigned and enforces rules of play.
●Maintains order through communication with team captains and players.
●Maintains accurate score sheets.

Additional Functions of Work Performed:
●Performs other duties and special projects as assigned during shifts.
●Volleyball net height adjustment.
●Assembly and disassembly of volleyball net system.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
●Must have authorization to work in the United States.
●Prior experience in officiating volleyball games is desirable.
●Knowledge of the Rules of Play standard to the game of volleyball.
●Ability to work at least three (3) consecutive matches.
●Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
●Ability to appear on time for all scheduled games and notify appropriate individuals in advance if unable to work.
●Ability to see play with sufficient clarity to make appropriate and accurate calls.
●Ability to work flexible hours.
●Ability to concentrate and accomplish tasks, despite interruptions.
